Express delivery generally takes 4–7 business days after processing when available for the destination.
The Cyber Velo EK6 arrives mostly assembled. Basic setup, handlebar alignment, pedal installation, and complete safety checks may be required before the first ride. Follow the included manual carefully during assembly.
Use only the supplied compatible charger in a dry, ventilated location. Connect it correctly, avoid covering the charger or battery, keep them away from heat and moisture, and disconnect the charger when charging is complete.
Before every ride, check tire pressure, brake operation, battery charge, handlebar alignment, wheel security, lights, folding-frame locks, and all visible fasteners. Do not ride if any component appears loose or damaged.
Keep the bike clean and dry, inspect the brakes and tires regularly, lubricate the drivetrain when required, check the folding mechanism, and follow the maintenance schedule and safety instructions in the official user guide.
