E-Bike Use & Legal Compliance

Electric-bike classification and use requirements vary across states, counties, cities, trails, roads, and other riding areas.

The customer and rider are responsible for checking applicable rules concerning motor power, speed, classification, minimum age, helmets, licensing, registration, insurance, and permitted riding locations.

The rider is responsible for safe assembly, pre-ride inspection, maintenance, operation, protective equipment, and compliance with product instructions and applicable law.

Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily confirm final acceptance.

We may verify, accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order because of availability, payment review, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, quantity limits, or other legitimate operational reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible.

A change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing, packing, warehouse assignment, or carrier transfer has begun. If shipment can no longer be stopped, our Return & Refund Policy will apply.

Prices, Currency & Taxes

Store prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and availability may change or end without notice.

Applicable sales tax and other required charges may be calculated at checkout based on the order, customer information, and delivery location.

Payments

Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Order processing typically requires 4–7 business days. Standard shipping is typically 5–9 business days after processing. Express shipping is typically 4–7 business days after processing when available.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by warehouse handling, carriers, weather, high order volume, holidays, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping, delivery, loss, and damage matters are handled according to our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty
